We’re sure you may have a few questions!

The monthly fee includes the use of the ChatBot and 15 minutes each month (non-accumulating) for us to make any revisions to the content, if needed.

The setup fee includes our time to create the ChatBot, train it on the content you want, your approval of the ChatBot in a test environment (so your clients don’t see it yet) and install it on your website.聽 We provision for 2 revision cycles as part of the standard setup fee. Although we can usually do this in our allotted time, there may be an additional fee if you have a large amount of content, more than 2 -3 customizations as to how the ChatBot responds, or any changes to the current flow.

Yes, we can change the image to any picture that you like, and give your ChatBot its own name. It’ll even tell you its name if you ask it 馃檪

Yes, we can integrate your ChatBot with your CRM, depending on the CRM (most will allow us to do so). We do provide this service at our hour rate, as each ChatBot integration is different.

Nope! If you don’t feel your ChatBot is giving you enough value, you’re free to leave at any time. Just contact us and we’ll stop your billing and remove your Chatbot.
